Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: All Loyalty Card holders are entitled to the advertised benefits during the event on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024.

  2. Exclusions Apply:
    - vouchers
    - eggs
    - fencing
    - sheds
    - services
    - compost & aggregates 
    - any other items already in an offer or reduced 

  3. Refund Policy:
    If you change your mind within 28 days of purchase we will offer an exchange, credit note or refund, provided it meets the following criteria:

      • The item is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
      • Faulty items are eligible for a discreet return within 28 days for a full refund.
      • Faulty goods are at the manager’s discretion.
      • Replacement claims require an original valid receipt. (not a credit card receipt or bank statement)
      • If accepted, the checkout desk will process the claim.
    • From 30 days to 6 months, we will attempt to repair the item where possible. If this is not possible, we will issue a credit note or refund.
    • After 6 months (up to 12 months), if a defect develops after the first six months, the onus is on the customer to prove that the product was faulty at the time the goods were purchased.
    • This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement where goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
