Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Location: Silica Lodge Garden Centre, Scunthorpe, DN17 2BN]
Job Summary: We are seeking two diligent and responsible part-time cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our garden centre coffee shop and customer toilets. The ideal candidates will ensure a pleasant environment for our customers and staff by performing cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep and mop floors in the coffee shop and toilet areas.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and countertops.
- Replenish bathroom supplies such as soap and toilet paper.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and surfaces in the coffee shop.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored correctly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Shifts:
- 7 days a week coverage required, shifts will be lone working and on a two week rolling rota. Please do not apply if you do not have weekend availability
- Shift timings: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM.
Salary:
- minimum wage.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.
- Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull required load (usually about 30lbs).
